Woonbedrijf not only lets, but also sells houses. This concerns houses from previously selected Woonbedrijf sales complexes.
Houses sold to tenants
In principle, houses from the previously selected sales complexes are sold to the current tenants. If Woonbedrijf decides to offer a complex for sale, tenants are informed about this in writing. They can then decide for themselves whether they want to buy the house or simply continue to rent. If a tenant does not want to buy, nothing changes: the current tenancy agreement simply continues.
